PREREGISTRATION DEADLINE:
APRIL 1, 2004
 After this date, on-site fees apply. A 10% handling fee will be charged for refunds, which will not be processed for requests received after April 29. Badges and registration material are not mailed, but will be available the days of the conference at the registration site. Registration desk will be open from 8:00 a.m. daily during the conference at the conference site.  Registration packets will be available at the conference.
