Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
These troubleshooting tips are new additions or updates to the FAQ included in the Documentation folder of your JÍ K'¡ Ka Yor˜b· CD-ROM.

Q: I get an annoying "can't read data from drive" message when I try to start from my personal directory. (Windows only)

A: If you have more than one CD-ROM drive attached to your computer, use the one with the first drive letter. If you have a removable drive (e.g. a Zip or Jaz drive) attached to your computer, either turn it off and restart, or put a disk into the drive. To solve other drive-access problems, you can specify the drive you wish to use in the homepath.ini file in your personal directory. For example, open this file and type g:\ to specify the G drive.

Q: I can play the videos, but don't hear any sound with them. (Windows only)

A: Depending on your audio card, you may have to adjust the QuickTime settings for playback on your computer. Open the QuickTime control panel and select Sound Out from the popup menu. If given a choice, select "WaveOut" for your sound output option. For more help, contact the manufacturer of your audio hardware.
